Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used and protected, and your rights under South African law.

1. Who we are

This website, yukon.co.za, is operated by Group Infinitus (Pty) Ltd, trading as The Unlimited Group, of which The Yukon Group forms part (“Yukon”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our address is 57 Main Road, Paarl, 7646, South Africa.

We are the responsible party for any personal information processed through this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

2. In short

  • You can use this website without creating an account or filling in a form.
  • The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • We only receive your personal information if you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Some technical information, such as your IP address, is processed automatically by our hosting provider and by the services that supply the website’s fonts, icons and map (see sections 3 and 4).

3. Information we collect

3.1 When you contact us
If you email, phone or message us, we receive the details you choose to share. This normally means your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business relationship that follows.

Providing this information is voluntary, and no law requires you to provide it. If you choose not to, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

3.2 Technical information
When you visit, our hosting provider’s servers in South Africa automatically record standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only to keep the website secure and working properly. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you. These server logs are kept in line with our hosting provider’s log-retention settings.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking technologies. Your browser may briefly store one technical setting that checks whether your device can display emoji. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

4. Services that help display this website

To show the website correctly, your browser loads some files directly from these providers:

When this happens, your IP address and basic browser information are sent to that provider so it can deliver the file. These providers may process that information outside South Africa under their own privacy policies. We do not share any other information with them.

5. WhatsApp chat button

The “Chat with us” button opens WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta Platforms, Inc.), in a new window. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you click the button. Any conversation is then handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we use the messages you send us only to reply to you.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, for example LinkedIn, Google Maps directions to our offices, and the websites of our partners and group companies. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies when you visit them.

7. How we use and share your information

We use personal information only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell, rent or trade it.

We may share it only:

  • with colleagues within The Unlimited Group and The Yukon Group who need it to answer your enquiry;
  • with service providers who support our website, email and IT systems, such as our hosting provider. They must keep it confidential and secure;
  • where the law requires us to.

8. Information sent outside South Africa

This website is hosted in South Africa. Some of the providers mentioned in sections 4 and 5, and providers of email and IT services, may process information on servers outside South Africa. Where personal information leaves South Africa, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected, as required by section 72 of POPIA.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.

10. How we protect information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted to authorised people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem arises.

11. Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
  • object to the processing of your personal information;
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on it;
  • lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

12. Children

This website is intended for business customers and partners. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
